Created a portal to streamline and manage the process of secure data handling
On of our customers is a printing company that focuses on printing personalised cards. A big challenge for them is streamlining the process of data within the company. All of the different departments need the data to print their part of the order for cards, letters, and envelopes.
YTEC built two portals to manage the whole process. Through these portals, they can receive data securely from customers and share it securely within the different departments. Once printing is done the data will be archived and deleted. In addition to this are the portals also used for quality checks. Sales can now gain insight in the status of the orders and perform quality checks together with the different production departments to guarantee and maintain good quality.
