perfdata parser

We think perfdata is an excellent idea, debugging situations is much easier with good historical data. Unfortunately writing perfdata lines from embedded systems is a bit error prone: do I need two or three semi-colons between these two values? Our solution: an online parser to verify perfdata lines.
